Duyeo Village is adjacent to Honam Highway and National Highway No. 1 for convenient transportation and is a very livable homey village with a clean stream and endless fields.  

Yeosan-myeon of Iksan, the gateway to Honam, is a historical village that was originated from Yeoraebiri Empire from the time of Mahan/Baeke Empire, was called Yeosan-hyeon during the Joseon Dynasty, and was administratively zoned into today¡¯s Yeosan-myeon March 1914.

Geographically, it is a basin surrounded by Mt. Cheonho and Mt. Yonghwa and a producer of high-quality agricultural and dairy products from the broad fields of yellow earth, a source of wondrous efficacies.

Duyeo Village provides indescribable fun from playing and catching fish in its cool stream.  Only those who have tasted its sweet potatoes from yellow earth fields, sticky and shiny steamed rice, and spicy fish soup can talk about its true taste.

Sarang Com is a village community that represents Duyeo Village¡¯s love of computers and is widely known as an outstanding and honorable local community among the Invils of Korea.

It is a small computer lab inside the local senior hall, but it is the center of our people¡¯s devotion to further informationalize our village.  

As we are increasingly using computers and the Internet, all local residents are becoming Netizens.  The seniors are keeping in touch with their children and grandchildren via e-mail and say, ¡®I should have learned this earlier!¡¯  With their constant effort, they are now capable of finding useful information with skillful use of keyboards and mice.  All local residents of Duyeo Village are dedicated to making our village a true Invil through constant learning and vitalization.
