Village Introduction

Exiting West coast expressway, riding along No. 29 national road at Seosan to Daeho seawall for about 25 minutes, Mangilsan dominating over the west coast hills comes into view. Mangilsan is the mountain overwatching the west sea as the old name means, now Air Force dome rocket base is located at the top of the mountain, 302 meters above sea level defending the west sea.

Passing over Mapaji uphill with looking at the mountaintop making a circuit of a mountain halfway up, the natural farm village scenes of Hoepo Village and Daehoman reclaimed land come into view harmoniously.  

The name of Hoepo Village was originated that the seawater of west coast comes to the entrance of the village and goes back.  

Currently, Daehoman reclaimed land has been formed so it is famous for the environment-friendly rice grown with crakes, which is a brand of Seosan city.
