Herb village is located in Gagok-li, Songsan-myeon, Chungcheongnam-do. There is a stone door embankment which is one of the Magnificence Dangjin. You can see many migratory birds, during all seasons, at the large reclaimed plain which was made by building an embankment and an artificial fresh water lake. Many people visit Seonggumi harbor to taste raw Kan Jaemi fish. 5 non-profit herb farms and 2 profit herb farms have been managed since the herb village business was promoted in 2002, also many experiencing tour programs and various foods are being developed with the herbs. Especially, they provide a salt farm experience by using the natural salted farm in the village so everyone, from kids to adult, can experience the producing process of the salt. Moreover, there are farming houses that cultivate Pleurotus ostreatus and Lentinus edodes, also crayfish farms are being managed.
