Introduction Measuring 483m in length, 5m in width, and
3.5m in height, this tunnel is Asia¡¯s first underwater tunnel which
was built in one year and four months between 1931 and 1932. The water
was held back from both sides and a concrete tunnel was established
in between. Yongmundalyang (éÌÚ¦Ó¹åÕ), which as written on the entrance,
means: "Door to the underground way connecting the land to
the island."

the 3-way
Junction by Mokhwa Motel -> Turn right to the 3-way Junction by Dongho
Automobiles -> Turn left to the 3-way Junction by Cheil Bank ->
Turn left
at Intersection at the end of Cultural Plaza -> Ferry Terminal ->
Follow the Coastal Way (1km) to the Underwater Tunnel
