Our village, sitting downstream for about 1,300-ri of the Nakdong River, is praised most by rail passengers traveling over the Seoul-Pusan line for our beautiful natural scenery from among all the areas along the railway.
Wild flowers in full bloom cover every part of our village during spring, and the earthen hues of the autumnal leaves create a visual masterpiece. At any time during the year our village greets visitors with impressive, heavenly vistas. The road running along the Nakdong River is an excellent choice for a scenic drive. Stopping by a cafeteria for a cup of tea will give you an unforgettable joy.
If the travel schedule allows, walk up to Baekunam (a Buddhist temple), which is nestled among the slopes of Mt. Muchok and look down over the Nakdong River flowing in the far distance. The view will never be forgotten.
