It was the first privately run greenhouse in Korea. It is synthetic greenhouse designed by Tea-Seong Jeong, president of Seong Chang Company in September. 1969 to provide resting place to Busan citizen. Total size is 194,480㎡ and kinds of plants are 2,300. Among 560 tropical plants, 20 kinds of coconut trees and 540 kinds of flesh plants such as cactus are being cultivated.
Because beautiful plants are composing scene and various works using natural stone and resting facilities are equipped, it is used as the place for study of botany and education as well as mental resting place.
