Nappa cabbage from Hwangdun Village is grown in the mid-level highlands that are 400-500m in altitude and in naturally organic soils.  In taste, it is nutty and sweet.  It is great for Kimchi and retains juicy taste for a long time.  We pick our cabbages and pickle them using clear waters as soon as we receive orders to make the freshest and tastiest pickled Nappa cabbage.
