- Characteristics
They are smaller and thinner than regular peppers with uniquely fresh scent and sweet taste (sugar level 7~11).  They are produced in red, yellow, orange, green and many other colors and provide 4 times more Vitamin A and C than oranges.  They are very sweet rather than hot and have unique freshness to be used for salads and meats and also in knife-cut noodles, mixed dish of vegetables and beef and juices.
