In Korea, it is called roe
butt mushroom because it resembles the hair on a roe’s butt. Hericium
erinacium, which is as soft as sponge, is abundant in carbohydrate,
protein, amino acids, enzymes, minerals, and vitamins and low in
lipid and calories.
It is sweet and plain in taste and is beneficial
to all internal organs, especially the digestive organs. It
contains 11 different kinds of micro metallic elements along with
germanium and prevents HeLa from multiplying in our bodies. Mushrooms

* Vegetable Worm
Vegetable worm is a type
of mushroom that lives off of insects. China describes it
as “similar to silkworm in winter and grows into vegetable in summer,”
and considers it a very mysterious medicine.

organs and kidneys. Stops bleeding, eliminates phlegm, and
is good for coughing.”
