The groundsel produced in Shimgok Yakcheon is delivered into market earlier than any other

 groundsel nationwide. Please feel the flavor of warm spring through the groundsel of

 Shimgok Yakcheon starting to be produced from December, the coldest season.

 

Groundsel is a spring herb to eat young leaves and a well –being herb as well to make menu

 more abundant and healthy. As It’s young leaves is edible and it’s root is used for

 medicine in traditional remedy, so there are some ways to eat like mixing it with other

 vegetables after boiling slightly or in the state of raw. You can enjoy it’s excellent taste and

 flavor in either way.
