Aster scaber of Byuljubu Village¡¯s coast that you keep wanting to eat because of its strong fragrance, is the village¡¯s great pride, and every over 400 tons are produced. Aster scaber known as the king of mountain herbs, is a herb that revitalizes you spring appetite with its excellent taste and fragrance, and it is used for seasoned dishes, jelly, fried dishes, pancakes, etc. Aster scaber is produced from February till June, and it captures the apetite of many peoplpe who wait for spring. Most wild asters are a type of chrysanthemum, and there are about 100 different kinds but 60 of them native plants of our country, and 24 are edible. The most favored wild asters are aster scaber, aster tataricus, ligularia fischeri, solidago virga, synurus deltoides, etc. Out of them all the fragrance of aster scaber is most unique.
