Yellow Pollocks are cleaned in East Sea of Gangwon Province from every Dec, transported to Jinbu Pass of Taebaek Mountain Ranges, the backbone of Gangwon Province, washed clean in freshwater and dried in skewers two each. They are naturally dried for 4 months undergoing the repetition of being frozen at nights and melt during the day. The appearances are fat and red with yellow meat inside. When marinaded, it is absorbed evenly through the meat for soft and refreshing taste. Yellow pollocks with abundant nutritional factors, are great for liver, hangover, pollution, waste materials, poisonous snake bites, goal gas poisoning and other types of poisoning.
