Baekma Highlands¡¯ honey is collected from the clean flowers grown in the
pure air of the DMZ. It contains 17 % of water its specific gravity is
1.41. Most of its content (83 %) is sugar composed of equally contained
fluctose and grape sugar. It also contains 2% of sucrose. Its sugar
content is mostly monosaccharide altered from sucrose by the enzyme injected
from the bees. Therefore, it is well-absorbed, is a source of calories,
acts easily and is highly nutritional.
As Baekma Highlands¡¯ honey is collected from both South and North, it is
great for human body.
