A strawberry has sufficient vitamin C which can make the adrenal
cortex active and will control many hormones, so it is helpful to
increase your body energy.
Strawberries have the most vitamin
C among many fruits, (80mg per 100g), 10 times more than apple,
and 1.5 times more than tangerines.
If you eat 6 or 7 strawberries,
you can get all of the vitamin C that you need one day. Usually,
many people use sugar when they eat strawberry, however, it can
reduce the vitamin B, which helps you digest the strawberry, therefore
it is better to just eat it without sugar. Some people wash it with
salt water because they worry about the chemicals; however, it helps
the chemicals go into the strawberry because of the osmotic pressure.
The best thing is just wash it with the water 3 times remove
the top and wash it one more time.
