Nutrition of Strawberry
Strawberry has abundant vitamin C and contains 0.6~1.5% of organic acid resulting in the slight sourness. 3-4 strawberries are enough for vitamin required for daily life of adult. Strawberry controls various hormones so it is effective for increasing physical strength.
In strawberries, there a lot of fruit sugars creating a sweet taste and malic acid, citric acid and tartaric acid creating a sour taste.
