Introduction

As Goseong dinosaur chamdarae is being produced by natural technique considering even nature and environment , so it is esteemed the best in taste and quality in the world

 

To produce chamdarae with abundant nutrient of which consumer assure themselves , It is produced by using natural fertilizer consisted of 40 kinds of precious materials including herb and green leave juice those are picked up in the nature, seaweed with affluent minral, herb nutrient , and natural control  system using natural herbs including nesam, ginkgo leaves, garlic, green tea leaves to protect pest  and was approved by National Agriculture

 Quality Committee  as a organic fruit    based on the various technique accumulated for long period.

 

It is cultivated by environment friendly natural technique, and contains vitamin C , iron contents, fluent nutrients with low calorie. As it is the best quality nationwide, so villagers choose the pricing system, the only one nationwide, to decide its price by them.

 

 

It is one of typical wild fruits together with wild grape with round seed as thick as finger, blue color, strong sweet taste, and is harvested from the end of October to the mid of November.

The name of chamdrae came from the brand name of the kiwi cultivated from the young plant,   imported from New Zealand in the latter part of 70s that was modified successfully in the southern coastline.

 

 

How to select good quality wild grapes.

 Good quality grape is glossy, balanced in weight when grip it, shaped well, slightly soft. But be careful,  if only one part is soft out of all hardness, this part could be rotten   

 

 

How to store

 Chamdarae is a kind of fruit harvested in Autumn when it has some sugar contents, then stored for  ripening in low temperature storage for suitable tastes. It can be stored more than one month in cool place as much as 0¢ª C if proper humidity is provided. If you want to eat it in the state of fully ripened, store it in refrigerator packed in the sealed container or vinyl bag, if you want to hasten the level of ripeness, store it with banana or apple to create ethylene that promote to ripe it shortly. The taste of fully ripened chamdarae is getting better when it is cool in refrigerator
